Building upon the foundational information you learned in Level I, this workshop looks at exercise, nutrition and self-care as it relates to calming the nervous system.

Is your selfcare really helping you or is it causing you more stress?
How does nutrition affect your response to stress?
You will learn quick (30 seconds to 2 minutes) stress reduction tools to settle your nervous system. These are additional tools that build on, and can be added to, the calming techniques you leaned during Level I.
