About the workshop

How do you respond to stress? Do you numb with alcohol, food, shopping, or work? Do

you get angry? Get tired? Is your self-care not helping?

Discover a new way to manage stress.

During this 3-session workshop, you will learn the basics; How your body responds to

stress and how to “downregulate” your nervous system to stop stress from harming you.

Knowledge of the stress response will give you the upper hand in the tug-of-war

between calm and chaos. 

You will learn 30-second tools to help you to stop anxiety, anger, shut down, muscle

tension, pain and health issues such as fatigue and digestive problems.
