About the workshop

and crannies of our bodies, playing hide and seek with our peach of mind. Discover

body-based tools to manage anxiety. With this new stress dialect, you will learn to

embrace the benefits of stress while kicking its drawbacks to the curb.

This 6-session virtual masterclass with author, Chantal Donnelly, guides you, step-by-

step, through her book Settled: How to Find Calm in a Stress-Inducing World. If you are

looking for peace amidst the chaos, this is the experience for you.

Each 1.5-hour session is a mix of insights, interactive self-regulation techniques, and

open-hearted discussions led by Chantal. You will learn tools that whisper sweet

nothings to your nervous system and leave you feeling more settled and alive.
