Chronic Pain and Chronic Stress; How to Get Out of The Vicious Cycle.
Stress can exacerbate pain as well as impede recovery from chronic pain. Likewise, long-term pain is an unforgiving stressor. The bidirectionality and interplay between pain and stress leads to a sense of being stuck in a vicious cycle of illness and despair. During this workshop, we will examine how to break the cycle and reclaim your health and wellbeing.
