Strong Knees DVD

Length of ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: In addition to having pain/arthritis in my knees, I had surgery last year for a torn meniscus. I was advised to attend P.T. sessions to help with my recovery. I was not happy at all with the P.T. Some exercises irritated my knee and others just seemed worthless. And I was not told to do any stretches. This DVD stepped up and did the job. Great exercises that actually strengthened the supporting muscles and the stretches are just wonderful. My knees feel so much better. Thank you Chantal!!

Cons: I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this DVD.

Strong Knees DVD

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year

Pros: Best DVD ever. Suffered from tendonitis and in just one week my knee pains went away. Thank you for this amazing DVD. Exercises are simple and effective.

Pros: just love this dvd. I actually by mistake wrote this review on the wrong dvd section... but this dvd has helped my knees feel so much better..wish Chantal would make a few more on this subject

Cons: should be done 3x a week to see resulta..

Strong Knees DVD

Length of ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: I began experiencing knee pain several years ago, and assumed I would eventually have knee replacement surgery as my mom did. After researching other remedies, I have discovered that surgery is not the only option available! This DVD has changed my future outlook, strengthened my knees and reduced my pain so I no longer need my knee brace.

Cons: Today, many of us expect instant results. This doesn't work with knee pain. You must be diligent and practice this workout regularly, at least 3 times a week. I really notice the difference when I skip my practice.

Strong Knees DVD

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year

Pros: This is an excellent DVD. I decided to be consistant with it and have noticed a difference in my knee within a week. Chantal is such an excellent teacher proven to me on a day when I had no video but did have sound, she explained it so perfectly it didn't matter that I couldn't see anyone demonstrating!
